High Maintenance


Includes - all aspects of the BASIC service plus... maintenance of flowerbeds ( beds will be hand weeded as needed ) pruning ( hedges and shrubs will be pruned and shaped as needed ) light trash pick-up ( trash picked up from property )



Our High Maintenance service consists of approximately 42 visits per year. During the growing season, March - October, you will receive weekly visits. Weekly visits will extend further into the year if the lawn continues to grow. From November - March we will make bi-weekly visits. Payments will be divided into 12 equal monthly billings. 

Bills to be mailed on the 20th of each month.
